SSA’s Ashley Love and Kim Couranz are joining skipper Lijia “Lily” Xu and Michael Anne Ashford and Gretchen Esbensen in Team Magenta Project for this year’s Santa Maria Cup. Lily is an Olympic gold and bronze medalist in the Laser Radial (now ILCA 6) currently looking to move into match racing. Eastport Yacht Club’s Santa Maria Cup is the second stop on the 2026 edition of the Women’s World Match Racing Tour.

After visiting our favorite neighbor on Tuesday and buying staff lunch (the super salad this week was a chefs kiss) and armfuls of their shirts, we’ve been reminded to advertise OUR Blue Angels Day shirts. Order them any time through our gear store!
