With my first marathon just over a week away my mind is spinning. Did I train enough? Will I finish? Should I really drag my kids to another race?
All of this boils down to a lack of trust. Trust in the one who has carried me this far. Faith in knowing I have nothing to fear. What can't we do when we let go and let God take care of it? Nothing! There is nothing He can't do!
We have been MIA for, well forever. This past weekend we finished Ironman 70.3 NC. It was a beautiful day to race but the wind was brutal. We are happy to be done though.
I (Stephanie) have decided, at least for now, that she will not be doing any long races next year. However, I would really like to get back into helping others get fit. I have had a few people approach me about training them and I'd really like to start again.

It has been a rough month here. Stephanie's grandmother passed away (we all loved her dearly). Then we all got sick. We are on the up and up and getting back into training mode though.
