All the large pieces of Pilates apparatus seem to get all the attention these days 🤔
There are many smaller pieces that challenge our control and strength and enhance our sessions. Seeing these small by mighty pieces is often a sign that you are in a traditional studio.
Ask to use the Toe Exerciser, Airplane Board, Neck Stretcher, Foot Corrector, or Bean Bag in your next session.
