Remember a few things when you are attacking your New Year goals:

1️⃣ It’s a marathon not a sprint.
2️⃣ You will stumble and you will fall.
3️⃣ When you fall down DONT STAY DOWN!
4️⃣ Hold yourself accountable.

What’s your favorite workout day and why?! I’ve always been a huge fan of leg day. The glutes, hams, and quads make up the largest muscle group in your body. Work your legs... burn more calories... get leaner quicker! My fave exercise is the lunge!

Well it is about time that I get off my butt and stop using the closed gyms as an excuse not to work out!

I was finally able to procure a mismatched set of dumbbells and a couple singles of heavier weights, work with what cha got right?!

Those that know my workout style know that I like to multitask and not waste time. That is why I am going to do Lift 4! Weight training and HIIT!

Difficult to walk after sitting for awhile? Bending over and standing up a little rough? What we may think is a bad back is actually a tight psoas... “Structurally, your psoas muscles are the deepest muscles in your core. They attach from your 12th thoracic vertebrae to your 5th lumbar vertebrae, through your pelvis, and then finally attach to your femurs. In fact, they are the only muscles that connect your spine to your legs.” These are a couple of stretches I do to keep me loose and moving. Enjoy. @ Downtown Annapolis
