Training Camp: Starts 8/14/23
(weekend camp 3-4 hours ice)
Practices Start: 8/21/23 (possibly sooner)
AHF League : 36 games including
2-3 showcases
(24 loose games) 40+ total games
54+ practices (2X/ week)
Off Ice Training
Goalie Training: 1X/ week
