Hello ! For those who opted to join us, lunch will be available starting no later than 10:30am on case any Youth want to grab something before their line. Not ready to eat lunch that early? No problem!

Find us at on the lake side of "tent city." Pennsylvania S3DA flag will be up if wind has died down.

Who is excited for States this weekend at Cushion Peak Rod & Gun Club?? 🙋‍♀️🙋

We are taking a state photo of all participating archers on Saturday. We are requesting ALL ARCHERS gather on the hill around 11:00am. (If there are still first-line archers on the courses, we will wait.) Our plan is to have the photo and announcement completed and then roll right into the safety meeting for the second line.

Are you headed to 3D Nats?? Palmyra Pantry will be on-site in Rend Lake, IL for 3D Nationals - Want to join us?

As many of you know, we have a "traveling kitchen" for lunches and dinners ON SITE.

For a per person fee, we will provide food, drinks, supplies and grills for 3 lunches (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and 2 dinners (Friday & Saturday.)

Final menu to be determined based on number of participants and pricing considerations. For reference, at past events, we provided:
- Lunch: deli meats, cheeses, pb&j, bread, wraps, hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls
- Dinner: tacos, pulled meat, hot dogs, hamburgers
- Drinks: water, gatorade
- Snacks: chips, veggies / dip, fruit
- Paper products

The per person pricing to be $45 for the weekend.

We would like to have an estimated headcount by May 31st, with payment to confirm your participation by June 6th.
