The Bellegrove Fire department, in conjunction with the Steelstown Gunning club, is sponsoring a FREE trauma response, life-saving seminar called “Stop The Bleed.”

Minutes count! Someone severely bleeding can bleed to death in as little as 5 minutes. That’s why bleeding control—keeping the blood inside the body—is the purpose of STOP THE BLEED® training.

This training will be conducted by the Stop the Bleed team from Penn State Health.

When: Tuesday, February 21, 2023
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Where: Bellegrove Fire Department
1743 Blacks Bridge Road
Annville, Pa. 17003
Duration: 1.5 hours which includes 60 minutes of classroom training and 30 minutes of practical (hands-on) training.
Cost: Free…all material will be provided by the team. Slots Available: 25 participants.

📣May I have your attention, please📣

If you have been around the PSA over, let's say, the last 30 years, you know this guy, and he's a big deal!! Bruce Meyerhoffer has dedicated his life to the PSA. He was a dedicated Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) member and participant, and this Sunday, Oct 16, from Noon to 4pm. We are dedicating the Palmyra Sportsmen's Association Trap Range to honor his dedication and life's love of trap shooting.

Come share a story with him and his lovely family. The trap ranges will be open, and we'll serve pulled pork, baked beans, and of course, a cake.

I will always remember the unique way Bruce would call " P-U-L-L" for the target. He is a true gentleman and a great teacher of the game. Thank you, Bruce. I'm looking forward to seeing you and your family this Sunday.

Never too early to make dinner plans. Invite your family and friends to dinner at the PSA clubhouse supporting the Palmyra Jr. Rifle Team on November 5th from 4~7pm, dinner at the PSA clubhouse, supporting the Palmyra Jr. Rifle Team.

Are you a rifle shooter? We have a modern, under cover 20 shooting lane rifle range. 50, 100 and 200 yard shooting positions are available. There’s even a 25 yard handgun area.

Thanks to the Pennsylvania Game Commission for spending the day with us and educating both young and old. Together one hunter at a time we are preserving and strengthening our sport.

Did someone say Sporting Clays. We’re open and in fill swing. Grab the shuttle and come on over. The shuttle stops at the entrance of the lane. Walk on back to the clubhouse. These targets are fun and challenging for sure.

.22 steel plate shooting. She did a GREAT job!! Steel plate shooting is abailable today over in the handgun “pit” area. Speaking of hangun pits. Did you see the two new pits the recently opened? Come on over and check it out.

Never to young to learn the art of fly fishing and fly tying. These young men did very well. Want to give it a try? Stop over they will be happy to let you try. Never know you might get hooked 😁

Interested in Archery? Did you know the has a Jr. Archery Program? We’re located in the clubhouse. Come on in see Wendy for details and give it a try. Today’s not only for kids. Adults are welcome too.

Good Morning from the hilltop of the Palmyra Sportsmen's Association. Its a beautiful day here and folks are beginning to arrive for the family field day 2022. We’ll be here until 4pm today. Gather your family, friends and come on over. We have lots of activities for both kids and adults. Great food 😋 is available. If you ever wanted to try a sport today’s the day. Archery, steel plates, bunker trap, trap its all here. Are you more of a angler? We got you covered there too with Fly fishing demos, and fly tying.

You do not have to be a member to attend. However, once you see our great facility I’m confident you’ll want to join. We can take care of that also today. If you’re already a member you can renew today. Just see the folks in the clubhouse.
