What a weekend at the 2026 Northeast Regional Championships! 🔥

Team Tugman WC brought the heat, crowning 3 Northeast Regional Champions and earning 11 total place winners against some of the best competition in the region.

We brought a little over 30 wrestlers to the CT Freestyle & Greco State Championships this past weekend — 21 finalists, 15 State Champs, and 23 place finishers.

Back to work. Northeast Regionals this weekend💪💪💪

We will be placing an order for some sublimated shirts. Please let us know who wants ones and what sizes? Once we have number wanted we can confirm price.

We are working on placing an order for freestyle/greco singlets. This order needs to be in no later then Friday of this week as we are trying to get them before the CT State Freestyle tournament.

Please DM with sizes needed if interested. We have also posted info in our team app. We have about 30 requests so far.

Due to the Easter holiday, we will not have practice this Saturday, April 4th. Enjoy the holiday and be ready to get back to work on Monday!

🚨🚨🚨Huge weekend for Team Tugman WC at the New England Championships. Really proud of the way this group continues to represent our club.

We brought 35 wrestlers into the CoEd division and the kids competed their tails off — 12 finalists, 9 champions, and 23 total place finishers, earning Team Tugman the 2026 Youth Club New England Team Title.

Our girls were incredible as well. With 5 wrestlers competing, they finished with 3 champions, 1 runner-up, and a 3rd place finish, bringing home the 2026 10U/12U Girls New England Team Championship.

What I love most about this group is how the kids and parents have fully embraced our team culture — showing up every day ready to work, support each other, and compete the right way. That’s what this program is built on. Thank you to all of our coaches for their commitment to these kids and this program!

Very proud of this team and the way they represent the standard we believe in. The future is very bright for this group.

Also shoutout to our friends at Newtown Youth wrestling for taking home the 2026 New England town team title!! Great group of kids and coaches and we appreciate our relationship with this great program
