🇺🇸𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢 - March with us on Sunday!! 🇺🇸 We are excited to participate in the Ansonia Memorial Day Parade on Sunday 5/31! We are meeting for lineup at 1pm at Nolan Field.

WHAT TO WEAR? - Dojo T-shirt, White Gi Pants, Belt!

Bring water to stay hydrated!!

Attn Parents - Parking info is in the graphic. Shuttles are available from the old Big Y parking lot across from Target.

🚨MOM ON THE MAT🚨 - Check out this strong Mom on the Mat with her little warrior! Little miss ‘Les got to be Sensei for the day for her mommy 😁…. She showed her how to punch and kick the bag, hit focus mutts and do an obstacle course.

Thank you Mom for starting off our week like a rockstar! Don’t forget - MOMS ON THE MAT IS ALL WEEK (5/11 - 5/16) - Join us and make AWESOME memories with your little warrior!
