With summer approaching, we have some openings for personal training. Monday and Wednesday 8am to 9am. 11am to 12pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 12pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Our training sessions are 4 week commitments.
Personal training will help you get stronger, build muscle, and burn fat. While some have lost weight, our main focus is body recomposition.
