Our beloved friend Lonnie Johnson is missing we need everyone’s help!!

Lonnie Johnson, owner of set sail yesterday afternoon to fish the radar towers out of Chesapeake beach and has not yet returned. Please please please if you’re on a boat and in the area keep your eyes peeled for a early 2000’s 21se Parker center console. He’s likely going to be wearing the same camo cold gear as shown in the photo.

Striper Sniper once again has donated multiple packs of 25pk soft plastics to be given out in this year's event!
We thank you for your yearly support and donations to our event!
I can pretty confidently say that the majority of the artificial pulling competitors in the event will have some sort of striper sniper merchandise on board!

Congratulations to Peter Malec of BOLO Charters for his DOMINATING win in yesterday's Hybrid Striped Bass Association tournament in unfavorable weather conditions.

This is a fairly new series held on Lake Norman for the past 4 years. In the 3 years that Peter has competed, he has finished 1st place, 2nd place, and 1st place. All wins have come on Striper Sniper 3.5" Swim Shad.

It's no secret what baits he prefers as Peter has posted 100's of times on Facebook and several YouTube videos using our 3.5" shad. But some folks are still reluctant to try them as they drown live bait or rig their more well known swim baits with their hollow bodies and fancy ribs. I get it. Fishermen are stubborn and stuck in their ways. I am one of them. This is why Peter will win next's year tournament too using our little swim shad. And maybe cause he's a great fisherman. 😉
