I have been teaching yoga since 2002 and completed my 200+ hour teacher training program, "Live Your Yoga", from the Yoga Garden in Apex. I currently teach at CrossFit Surmount and the Yoga Garden, both located in Apex, NC. In addition to yoga, I am a chiropractor and avid crossfitter. Join me Wednesday evening for a Full Moon Flow and Yin Yoga class. Harness the energy of the moon to charge and illuminate your intentions.
