The Wellness Center at Cambridge Village of Apex is dedicated to the health and wellness of our resi in addition to group fitness classes and fitness equipment.
Open to residents and outside members, WakeMed Healthworks at Cambridge Village offers adults age 45+ an exercise experience that is friendly, safe and fun! Members have the unique opportunity to enjoy specialty, medically directed exercise programs to meet their individual needs (arthritis, post-cardiac rehab, post-physical therapy, etc.) Open to our residents and outside members, 55 and over, the Wellness Center & Spa at Cambridge Village offers a new perspective on health & wellness.
