Training hard tonight! We got to learn some new basics that got covered at Summer Weapons Camp. We spent almost half the class working on a relatively new kata. Plenty of great questions and learning.

Yes we are still around. Yes we are still training. Thursday was a very good class. We are working hard on free flow stick drills. Tonight we also did a lot of bo.

Thursday night class was great! Nunchaku and stick flow drills. Everyone learned a little more. Of course with it being Thursday night we got to hang out after class.

Gooooood training tonight. We covered sai kata multiple times. Went through our basics for the second class in a row. Everyone finished with knife drills. Great time

We are really stressing sticks this week. Tanbo basics on Thursday and Saturday. We got into some really fun free flow stick work too. Everyone got to work on drills with the different transitions between drills. Amazing time both classes.

Class again this week! Everyone should make it and train hard. Feel free to join us and bring a friend.

Wonderful Thursday night class! Sensei Jude took us through a sai class. We worked on the basic hand movements and Sai Kihon Gata. It was some great detail work.
