Zombie WOD's is the Last CrossFit Competition before the Apocalypse! Get your final WOD done in preparation for when the Zombie's attack!

12 Hours... Zombies are here!!!!!!
Athlete check in will begin at 7:45am. Briefing for WOD 1 and the floater will be at 8:15, and the first heat will pop off at 8:30. The floater will be performed in the lower parking lot behind Armor (in the athlete camp) and will begin at 9:30. Sign-ups will be open starting at 9am.
And without further ado... WOD 3, "Knocked Loose"
- For Time, with a 9 min cap -
* 30 - 25 - 20 -15 - 10 *
- Thrusters
- Pull Ups
Classic CrossFit couplet. Athletes may tag in, tag out (Or not at all) as often as they desire. You're going to have to SPRINT this one to finish sub 9 minutes...
- Rx: 115/75 and C2B pull ups (MUST BE FACING OUT for C2B)
- Sx/Mst: 95/65 and chin over bar pull ups (MUST BE FACING OUT)
- Beg: 75/55 and ring rows

Waiver Directions:
BoxTribe One App
Step 1: Go to the app store or google play and download BoxTribe One app
Step 2: Either Create an account at the bottom left or Log in depending if you have used the app before or not
Step 3:Once you are logged in go to the Events tab
Step 4: Find and Click 2024 Armor Circus
Step 5: Check Heat times
Step 6: Check Leaderboard on the day of the event to see scores
