Playing sixes is a faster, more inclusive, and skill based version of the girls game. With emphasis on quicker play, more touches, and faster development, the sixes game is focused on creating an all-around athlete.

The high scoring nature offers a fresh, exciting change from traditional lacrosse for the players.
