Wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU.
To every volunteer and judge who gave up part of their Saturday to help run the Big Impact Games ThrowDown, we are beyond grateful.
A special shout out to Marcus Nejedlo “The Voice of The Games” for all his behind the scenes work with organizing everything in comp corner and fo using that sexy voice of his for 8+ hours. To Lo Ihde for helping with all the vendors, swag and podium prizes. To for all the behind the scenes work he puts in getting the rig set up and managing the whole reset process. These three put a lot of work in days and weeks prior to the event, and I am personally extremely grateful.
From the outside, it may have looked like a super smooth event… but we all know that only happens because of the time, effort, and energy you poured in behind the scenes.
Because of you, we got to witness:
🔥 Tight races that came down to the wire
🏋️♂️ Huge lifts and heavy weights
🎉 So many PRs and first-time moments that athletes will never forget
It was a lot of work… but man, it was a lot of fun too.
Events like this don’t happen without people like YOU. Selfless, committed, and passionate about this community.

Couldn’t wait any longer.
A fun little AMRAP. One score. Total reps.
Athletes will mix in synchro movements with teams of 2 and teams of 3 as well as some individual movements that teams can choose how to split up. You’re either hiding your weaknesses 🫣 or showing off your teams strengths 💪🏽

We only have 6 spots remaining, all must be either men or women scaled divisions(split any which way between the 2)

🚨 Division Update 🚨
Our Men’s Rx division is officially capped (for now 🤔).
We currently have multiple Intermediate Women’s teams and a couple Women’s Scaled teams on the waitlist. If no additional divisions fill, we’ll begin opening those spots on January 31st.
Our goal is to maximize heat efficiency so we can run a smooth, high energy event, without pushing competition into the late night hours.
