Hello again, North East Wisconsin. That's right folks!! My strength & barefoot training philosophy and practice has relocated from beautiful LaCrosse WI to Appleton WI. I am officially up and running!!! If you are in the area, or have internet connection, and are interested in what this practice can do for you, please reach out. I operate out of a small training studio, and offer in person sessions( all ages and abilities), classes(in the near future), virtual, and program writing for those who are experienced in resistance training, or sport event training and are willing to learn a little more within the realm of human movement.
