Well, one of our big pines bit the dust this morning. Fortunately it fell away from the store and fell between the trees in the neighbors lot. Mel & Matthew will have another job to do - chainsaw fun. We hope everyone made it through the storm safely!

When you visit our store in the evening you might see our deer 🙂. They've been visiting quite often.

We will be CLOSED July 4-7, 2026 for the holiday weekend. If you need anything for the weekend be sure to stop by before 7 PM Friday evening to get what you need. With all the hot humid weather spending sometime at 20 feet will feel great!

Join us for our first Evening "FUN" Dive of 2026. We are planning to dive in Bear Lake off Hwy 22 just south of Manawa on June 23rd (Tuesday evening). We dive off the beach at the Bear Lake Campground. They've been letting us use their beach so many of us eat supper there after diving to show our appreciation, plus they have good bar food🙂🍔🍻 There are some big trees in the water along the drop off. We usually see lots of fish 🐟🐟🐟 including some big carp. Do let us know if you plan to join us. If we are going to have a bigger group the resort likes to know so they have enough wait staff. Plan to meet at the Lake about 6:00 PM, dive and be in the restaurant to eat by 8 PM.

Front yard visitors Friday evening. The frontage road and highway don't seem to bother them.

If you are planning to go out to Redgranite you may want to contact the Redgranite Police Department to see what the current status of the quarry is. This was posted on the Redgranite Quarry page very recently:

"The QUARRY is CLOSED (for any and all activities) until further notice. Due to rules and village ordinances not being followed. Including fighting, littering, drinking alcohol, graffiti, etc. Until the Village of Redgranite figures out a solution, the REDGRANITE QUARRY WILL REMAIN CLOSED. $263.50 fines will be issued to people who are caught in the park during this time."

Diver's Realm will be open normal business hours through Friday, May 22nd. We will be CLOSED May 23-26, Saturday through Tuesday. Normal Business Hours will resume on Wednesday, May 27th. If Scuba Diving is going to be part of your weekend and you need anything for the weekend be sure to get here before 7 PM on Friday! It's looking like it will be a pretty nice weekend to get outside and enjoy it.
