What a fun day on the water. The bite remains good on Green Bay. A lot of fish in that 20-22" class. Hopefully a few survive to grow old. Had a couple hours to get out and sniff around to check some water before Battle on the Bay. Ended up finishing 20th out of 120 teams. Weighed 29.08
Scott Hausauer and I made some good decisions in the event. Fished the seasonal patterns and winds accordingly. Ended up hitting four different spots. Last spot gave us a 1.5 pound upgrade. Sad part is i was bassing the fish in like Kvd thinking it was not going to help us. Lol
Like most at the top it was a matter of one or two more big bites to change the game and make that jump. We fished clean and always are talking/thinking of the next spot or presentation while out there. All in all it was a good time. Some times a win is not the first place trophy or a big check with your name on it.
I know Scott and i both walk away with knowledge, experience, data and more importantly. A great memory of what fun it can be to fish. How much it takes a good partner to help lift a person up or build the confidence in the day. Support one another in decisions and make it more about the day rather then the competition. We dont worry about what others are doing. Or how others are catching fish or what others may have caught for the day. We go out every event with our own goals. Our own plan. Do we accomplish it. Most cases no. But when you think positive and work positively at it. Results will come. Team Reese's only mistake this weekend was not having any Reese's in the boat.π€¦ββοΈ
People laugh about it. However its the one thing that helps us laugh and keep it positive and breaks the day into such a simple life pleasure.
Always fun seeing old friends at events and just reminiscing over the past years hunts and fishing stories with good people.
We are hungry for the cass lake event in the middle of September. Fun days left this summer and i hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy some time on the water with a friend or family member. Team Reese's

What a fun weekend!!! Spent the day Saturday fishing in the duck creek walleye event. First time for Scott and I to fish one of these. Did a lot of moving around and searching. Caught fish in almost all areas we checked. Our biggest for the day was 29 1/2" with a fair number in that 20-23" size.
Ended the day with 34 plus pounds for our best five fish. Unfortunately we both lost one at the boat that would of put us over 40 pounds. Placed in the side pot so we got our money back essentially.
Still a lot of fun. Man the fish are moving and the pressure on spots makes a difference in the bite. All in all it was a great weekend. Fun event and fun times with a great friend. Team Reese's always has some good laughs on the water and enjoying god's creation.

Another great day on the water with my buddy Jordan Pagel.
Did we put a whooping on the fish trolling and casting today. Action was hot until about 11:30. Plenty of eaters and bigs. Man what a great time to hit the water. Its a hot bite and great time to set the hook. Come get you some.

Another amazing week on Green Bay. The bite is hot and the big fish are showing themselves. Had a blast sharing time with my dad. And breaking down the water with my tournament partner Scott. We put in the time and work this week and pulled off a 7th place finish. Master walleye circuit has some of the best anglers/teams in the country. Time to enjoy this summer bite pattern and the weather. The time to fish is now.

Thats a wrap on 2022. Fished the Masters Walleye Circuit championship and ended up in 11th
Swong a little hard on day one of the three day event and never made up for the one fish short on our limit that day. Cant win them playing safe. All in all it was a blast and one of the best series to run for walleye fishing. No bs, rules are rules, anglers are respectful and kind. And the locations and stops are all destinations we wish to fish for walleye at the right time of year. These series challenges you to use all skill sets and step outside the box of your local water and tactics maybe used in your area. I am so jacked for 2023 season. 5 Months and 3 weeks and its game time.

What a fun weekend. Weather was not so nice Saturday and the females were snapping. Green bay sure puts out some fat girls. Today we went back to try our hand at them again for the AIM event. Well we lost more then we boated and the dirty water moved in on out spot. Scrambled all day to find four for the card. Not the outing we thought it would be given such a great prefish. Nothibg beats open water and it feels good to get the ranger wet again. Had a blast with the boys all weekend. Bite is only going to get better.

With spring around the corner. Make sure to check your batteries. Even if they have lasted 3-4 years. You may want to just make the change and avoid the issues on the water. Excited to try these out for the year. 48 month replacement warranty.
