Boost your immune system with simple ingredients at home. Prime Tea Recipe:
Boil 5 cups of water in the morning. Add 1-2 tsp ( I like mine strong) of the following whole seeds to the water and continue to let steep for at least 10 mins with lid on. Longer the better to pull everything out. Strain and some ginger and enjoy!
- Whole seed Cumin
- Whole seed Coriander
- Whole seed Fennel
- Star Anise (I add this for taste and flu fights properties)
