up to 11 watts saved assuming you run tight fitting jerseys...if you have a loose fit jersey, they're still great at hydrating on long rides, but if you have a TIGHT jersey, you also get 11 watts + 18 ounces of water - if you choose to fill it ;)

Just what I needed

Due to my bike frame size and di2, I can only have 1 bottle cage. The back bottle has therefore been perfect for me on long rides. It fits well in my jersey pocket, I've been able to get it out and back in when needed and for the most part have forgotten about it being there while riding. Please also make an insulated version to keep the water cold! 😊
