Curious about aerial hammock? Come hang with us!

Sling or Hammock is fabric that can be hung from a single point or a double point. Wrap yourself into graceful poses and drops in a sequence of moves that flow into a dance. Hammock offers supported choreography in a 60-minute class.

Available Classes:
Beginner Hammock (Ages 15+)
Intermediate Hammock (Ages 15+)
Kid's Drop-In Hammock (Ages 8-14)

🌟Meet the Coach🌟

Ella has been an athlete her entire life. After spending 10 years as an equestrian, cross country runner, and a black belt in American Karate she was left seeking a more interesting and fulfilling outlet.

Finding the aerial arts in December of 2022, Ella’s dreams of flying came true. She quickly became a passionate student, specializing in Silks and Hammock, as well as pursuing training in Lyra, Lollipop, Pole, and the disciplines of Trapeze (Static & Dance, as well as Flying Trapeze)!

Join Caring Hearts Women & Children's Home for an evening of trauma-informed wellness in partnership with Fly Circus & Aerial Arts Through gentle scarf movement, mindfulness, and connection, we'll create a safe space to release stress, restore hope, and embrace healing together.
