In post position 2 is Subsanador, ridden by Mike Smith Hall of Fame Jockey and trained by Richard Mandella. Subsanador enters the starting gate off of his first U.S. stakes win in the GIII Philip Iselin at Monmouth Park.

In post position 3 is National Treasure, ridden by Flavien Prat and trained by Bob Baffert. National Treasure enters the starting gate after wins in the GI Pegasus World Cup at Gulfstream Park and GI Metropolitan Handicap at Saratogaracetrack.com
