Deacons 8U (DeSoto #3) started strong against PC2, hit a little rough patch, but found their footing and finished with a 7-4 WIN! 🏆

Ashley’s 8U also brought home a 10-6 WIN over North Port 3! 👏🔥

💙 Dugout Chain: Lita — for keeping her teammates on the fence and cheering all game, plus making some great plays at 1st!
⭐ Game Ball: Hayden — she was all over the field today with several outs at pitcher, a fly ball catch, great hits, and awesome communication with her teammates!

Happy Saturday! 💙🥎 Zoltan’s 6U was up early and READY to play this morning!

They brought home an 11-4 WIN over Port Charlotte!

All of our batters were on fire today, but the game ball went to #15 Naomie for making multiple outs from the pitcher’s circle AND knocking her first serious hit deep into the field off coach pitch! 🔥🥎

Way to go, Bulldogs! 💙

🥎💙 12U GAME RECAP 💙🥎

12U Javier came out on top tonight with a big 13-3 win over Venice 1! The girls brought the energy and kept the momentum going throughout the entire game! 🔥

🏆 Game Ball: McKinzly Tovar for an amazing performance on the mound!

12U Harrison battled hard tonight but took a tough 11-4 loss against NP2. The girls did a great job at the plate and in the field, with several great plays throughout the game!

⭐ Bryah came up with a great pop-fly catch, and Ivie made an awesome defensive play at first to end the inning!

Win or lose, we’re proud of both of our 12U teams and the effort they continue to bring! 💙🥎

What a comeback for 10U Weldon! 💙🥎

The girls battled North Port 3 in a thriller. After the first inning, they found themselves down 5-0, but instead of giving in, they picked their heads up and went to work!

From there, Desoto outscored North Port 9-1 to come all the way back for a 9-6 WIN! 🔥

Pitching, defense, and at-bats were fantastic the rest of the way, and the girls closed it out in style with a double play — a catch in center field followed by doubling the runner off at first!

🥎 Game Ball: Darcie for an incredible catch deep in center field to help close out the game!

8U Keith battled through a hard-fought 6-inning game against 8U Deacon, ultimately falling 5-3. 💙🥎

The girls had several quality at-bats, including a triple from Daleyza and two solid hits from Leilani! The defense made some great plays as well, and they’ll keep working on the little things and learning with every game.

DeSoto #3 had their VERY first game and came ready to show out, walking away with a 5-3 victory over DeSoto #1! 💙🥎

These girls played an amazing game and really showed off their skills!

🏆 Game Ball + Golden Glove Award: Delany — not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR pop-up/line-drive catches! What a game!

🔥 CANNON Award: Paisley — 3 consecutive strikeouts for a 3-up, 3-down inning!

💨 Best Hustle Award: Gianni — she was a WALL behind the plate and stayed ready to gear back up and get after it!

📣 Dugout Chain: Kinsley — loud, proud, and bringing the energy all game long!

8U Ashley battled it out with Venice 1 and took it all the way to a Texas Tiebreaker! 🥎💙

They ultimately came up just short with a 12–9 loss, but these girls absolutely held their own and played their hearts out. We could not be more proud of the fight, energy, and teamwork they showed on that field!

💥 Ella was recognized for a great hit!
📣 Emory had amazing communication on the field and showed great team spirit!

Win or lose, this was an awesome game and these girls gave it everything they had! 💙🥎

12U Harrison pulled off a nail-biter, bringing home a 7–6 WIN! These girls showed out on defense and kept the bats swinging! The game ball went to Bryah for a great defensive play, sending the ball home to protect the base! 👏

13+ Adam battled an extremely talented Punta Gorda team and came away with a 1–0 WIN! 💪

And 12U Javier brought home an 11–7 WIN over Punta Gorda! Makinzly Tovar was on fire, putting together two 3-up, 3-down innings! 🔥

While some of tonight’s games were canceled due to the rain, our babies of the league still got to take the field — and they brought home the **W!** 🙌
