As most already know, I try to accommodate individuals in a whole so this will be a huge move.

Located in Arcadia, placed nicely on the outskirts of town.
Gated and owner on property.

We will have all amentities:

Large pole barn with AMPLE air flow
12x12 stalls with auto waters
Ample turnout with options
Full size arena WITH LIGHTS and frontrow view seating
Round pen
Hot walker
Wash racks

Lounge room with TV, refrigerator etc.
Multiple bathrooms.

Room for party events, RV parking, layover options.

Much much more!

With all of this said, boarding options are now available and we will have stalls open.

Lessons will continue, with your horse or one of ours on property can be provided.

Well, it's our very own Haley & Riser jus flowing over 3'3 😍

Did a minor reset on our little jump course and pole work setup.
Think we might switch it up completely in the days to come.

2008 model AQHA Gelding
Stands 16.3 bigger body.
Super sweet and adjustable.
Been in a show ring majority of his life, HJ up to 3'9. Out of state and locally. Has 3 really fun & mannered gates. Puppy dog personality with playful characteristics! Loves attention but and enjoys his job very much. Carries beginners through advanced. My 8yo rides WTC, trail rides and barrel races him. Young or elderly riders can ride him.
Currently doing 3'-3'3 levels. Goes in any bit, does everything you ask. SAME HORSE EVERY TIME. Let him sit or ride him 5 days a week.
Please NO lessons programs. Hes paid his dues there.
He will pull a cart/carraige.

Maintenance is required:
Equioxx for minor arthritis.
EPM management- almost dormant but it needs to be known for care purposes (dosing 1x yr $400) Do not let that shy you away, he is worth it!
Will need further maintenance in the future years to come. He has no limitations, no injuries.
Manners with everything, like a true gentleman. Simple healthy diet. Goes out well with others or alone. Loves adventure. Hauls like a dream.
He can be your step up horse for a youth or a step down horse for someone. Low 🖐⛵️to upmost perfect home!
