Always strive to challenge yourself. It's been exciting to see so many new people on the mats recently. Jiu-Jitsu isn't easy but the challenge is so worth. We are proud of you guys for being willing to put yourself in a difficult situation and challenge yourself at something new.

Great work by these kiddos tonight working a little standing game- defending a collar grip to an arm drag and a guard pull option when that doesn't work.

Great Monday night class working open guard sweeps followed by some fun rolls. Nice to have our friends from Warrior Life Martial Arts drop in to train with us and to have father and son, Ben and Daniel to sign up and join us on the mats.

Fun night on the mats with this crew, reviewed our techniques from the week, good questions, and got in some rounds. Way to work. Keep getting better one day at a time.

Just a reminder... There's no kids class tonight. Adult and teens join us for open mat at 7:00 pm. Drill, review techniques or come really to roll.
