This Warrior has learned to own his space in such a way that it has literally been life changing for him! He came to me completely uncoordinated and had never played a competitive sport in his entire life! I wouldn’t call him the quickest learner in the sport either. When a person has never played a sport or done agility drills they are many times not in tune with their body. It’s taken over 2 years of meeting twice a week with me and repetition at home of what he learns in the gym to be able to move safe around the floor. As you can see, he is beginning to understand where he is as opposed to his opponent. Using his feet to work around his assailant while striking and then pivoting into a safe position to move in for the big right hands or simply keeping the attacker at bay by using his lead hand as control. This Warriors dedication and daily practice makes me so proud. 👏🏾 👏🏾

It’s so awesome to be able to share my knowledge of martial arts with others. Though I have so many places to go see in this world, sometimes I feel that my energy has already been spread to so many awesome places. Thank you .sfx123 for thinking of me and helping you continue to climb at times when it may have felt challenging! Martial arts is deep and me and my Warriors stay connected! Here is to achieving our goals and remaining healthy one mountain at a time! 🥊

A memorable weekend of Masters Division Boxing with and Coach . Squad took home the 178 pound Masters Division belt by unanimously winning the first bout on Friday in the Semifinals. Then stopping our opponent in the 3rd round of the final on Saturday night! Had fun and made memories. This is what the Masters Division is about!
