Some will say Metroflex Ardmore is full of "meatheads". But if thats how they want to describe someone who made a commitment and stuck with it well so be it. Here is the truth. No matter where we are in our journey, WE ALL HAD A DAY 1. We remember what it was like to be nervous. To be worried about being judged. We also remember when we realized that these "meatheads" were just dope folks who were always willing to help, super friendly, and some of the most down to earth folks you will ever meet. We have something special here and it's all thanks to the community that have decided to call this place home. Don't take our word for it. Come see for yourself.

Just like Branch Warren says. Skye and I are so very grateful for Brian Dobson. We are also super grateful to Branch Warren, Ronnie Coleman, and all the greats who come from those walls. We want to continue the tradition of the Metroflex Effect and continue to build champions and change mindsets.

Before the stages. Before the titles. Before anyone knew my name… there was Metroflex.

I was just a teenager with a dream and not much money. I wanted to train at the hardest, most hardcore gym around, but I couldn’t afford the membership.

Brian Dobson looked at me and made me a deal:

“Train here. Win your contest, and you don’t have to pay.”

That was all I needed to hear.

I trained. I won. And Brian kept his word.

He gave a broke teenage kid a place to chase a dream—and that place helped shape everything that came after.

Decades later, being back inside these walls training with the man who gave me that opportunity means more than any trophy ever could.

Never forget the people who believed in you before the world had a reason to.

Our gym is ALWAYS open 24 hours for our members!

For Labor Day:

NON-MEMBERS / GUESTS:
If you’re coming in to train, you MUST purchase your day pass online BEFORE entering the facility. Please do not enter behind another member or guest without purchasing your pass first.

We want our staff to be able to enjoy the holiday with their families while still keeping Metroflex available 24/7 for our members.
