We are going to do something a little different for next week’s StrongHER class. We will be doing a full trampoline class. And would love some moms to join their daughters in this class. I would love to have a class full of moms and daughters. But don’t worry, if the moms don’t want to participate the girls are more than welcome to do the class. I just wanted to try a class for the moms and daughters to have fun together while doing something good for them.
The class will be Tuesday @ 4:15 pm. The cost will be $15 for our young ladies and $20 if it’s a young lady and adult guest.
Please message our page or text me to reserve your spots or with any questions. I just need to make sure I have enough trampolines ready to go.
