One of the easiest ways to make a quick, easy, and healthy meal is to make a BOWL. You can throw anything you have into a bowl. This is one of my favorites. I make extra of the vegetables so I can have them readily available at a moment's notice. You can roast all the veggies in the oven with olive oil spray, salt, and pepper, or you can saute them. I don't steam the cauliflower...I saute it for a few minutes with some seasonings I like. Saute the shrimp with lemon juice, seasoning you enjoy. Throw it all in a bowl and ENJOY! Low cal/High Protein meal. Viola!


Many of our patients are trying to "break up" with sugar but still have a sweet tooth. These calcium supplements are one of my favorite ways to get my "chocolate" fix while still making a healthy choice.


This is my "go-to" breakfast....super healthy and gets your protein in. 1 egg, 2 egg whites, scrambled. Top with sauteed red onion, cherry tomatoes, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Season with coarse sea salt, black pepper, and paprika.

When you're feeling overwhelmed just remember this quote. Make it your mantra. Sometimes it can get you through "a moment".


My daily go-to "chocolate covered cherry" smoothie that seriously tastes like a dessert but is healthy and full of protein. Dairy-free too!

Blend some plant-based chocolate protein, a scoop of collagen, 1/2 cup of frozen cherries, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup ice. ENJOY. For more help with your health and wellbeing visit:


Short on time? Here's a quick healthy meal: Take cubed chicken from the salad bar at the grocery store (or make your own). Toss some spices on and heat up. Saute your fav veggies with salt and pepper and some pre-grated garlic and lemon juice. Saute riced cauliflower and add some basil seasoning. Throw the chicken and veggies over the cauli rice, and presto! Healthy, delicious meal in less than 15 min.


Looking for an easy-to-make, healthy meal that tastes like dessert? This is one of my go-to concoctions... Blend protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, frozen fruit, and ice. Top with fruit, h**p seed hearts, cacao nibs, and honey drizzle.
