Calling (out) all EAD athletes. Remember when you put your name on this board because the idea of a Hyrox excited you? As your coaches, we are here to encourage you, but also hold you accountable. 😜

Sign up for our E8 event is live and is missing a lot of these names... 👀🧐 E8 has a similar structure and stimulus to Hyrox, with our own little spin. 😉

You can choose to do it as an individual or a pair. Pairs have the option of doing all the running together and splitting the work, OR splitting everything (including the runs).

E8 LOADING...........

CFAH community- due to the large interest in Hyrox style workouts, we bring to you "E8" 🙌 E8 is a program created to build our endurance and grit. These workouts will be taking over our Sunday bootcamps starting tomorrow 7/5 and running through 8/23.

These workouts will not be much different from your regular bootcamps. We will still be sweating for long periods of time together- there will just be a little more focus. 😉

At the end of the summer we will be running an (optional) in-house E8 event to test all our hard work. Keep your eyes open for more information on this coming soon. 👀

Community is one of our core values at EAD, and it's one of the things we cherish the most. Our gym is filled with so many amazing individuals with different backgrounds and it's pretty awesome to see you all come together and form these friendships and bonds.

Today we celebrated 's 85th birthday. G-Pa has been a member of EAD for years, but he is also the heart and soul of our 9:30 class. He is there every weekday with a smile (and sassy remark) and he always has something nice to say to each of us. His presence warms our hearts and brightens our days, so we wanted to return the favor.

If you happen to see G-Pa over the next week- give him a little birthday love. May we all still be moving and working out at 85 like him. An inspiration to us all! ♥️

Team Liquid Lightening brings home the trophy in our 1st ever EAD|CFAH SUPER ROWL. The Skull Raisers put up a good fight, but in the end it was Team Liquid Lightening with the 43-15 win.

Congratulations and thanks to all the participants in this year’s EAD|CFAH IN-HOUSE POWERLIFTING MEET. We witnessed many PRs today as well and some gym records challenged and or broken.

Thank you to our amazing staff for their hard work and effort as always. This was another great event. This week will hopefully bring more PRs and more big lifts.
