Our tumbling and trampoline team took the State competition by storm and left it all on the floor.

With 23 State Champions across all three disciplines, these athletes proved what hard work, focus, and heart can accomplish 🏆🏆🏆

From the first pass to the final routine, every athlete represented Rise Up with determination and confidence. The energy, the teamwork, the support for one another—it was all there, and it showed in a BIG way.
We’re beyond proud of this team and everything they’ve achieved. Now it’s time to take that momentum to the next level…

Our USA Gymnastics Tumbling & Trampoline Team took on Regionals—and what an incredible weekend it was! 🇺🇸✨

From start to finish, our athletes showed up with confidence, determination, and heart.

We saw so many personal bests, breakthrough performances, and routines they should be truly proud of. 💪🔥

Not only did they rise to the occasion, but they also brought home awards and recognition—proof of all the hard work, resilience, and commitment they’ve put in all season.

Most importantly, they represented our program with class, teamwork, and pride. You made us all so proud. ❤️
