We are a dance and fitness studio in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. We offer women's-only classes in Pole Dance, Liquid Motion, HIIT, Barre, Flexibility, Chair Dance, and more! This class allows for year-round enrollment and is built to accommodate all skill and fitness levels. Pole Fitness: This sport is gaining popularity, as more and more women see just how much fun they can have building strength. With roots in pole dance and gymnastics, pole fitness challenges your body, and gives you a chance to be creative at the same time! For those who are level 4 or higher, you can also take Spin Pole... a class designed around working with spinning poles. Liquid Motion: This popular class teaches you to work with the mechanics of your body to create seamless, fluid floorwork and wall work for dance. No dance experience required! At the Barre: This ballet class for adults is open to all skill levels! Chair Dance: Take a seat... and then dance on it! This fun burlesque style class teaches beautiful chair dance moves, and creates a routine that you can take home! Flex Appeal: A flexibility/contortion class for all skill levels!
