Doors at 9:15. Adults at 9:30, kids six and up at 10:30, our four and five year olds at 11:30.

Wear something you can move in. That's the entire packing list.

If you registered, you'll have a confirmation email with your session time in it. If you didn't register yet and you're thinking about it, tonight is the night. We close the form when a session fills and I'd rather not turn anyone away at the door.

9:30 AM on the 19th, before the kids' sessions start, we're running Knockout Fitness Kickboxing for adults. Heavy bags, real conditioning, no experience required and no sparring.
