Today I wanted to share some of my favorite resources as a relatively new runner!
I was a huge yogi back in college and I loved the feeling of connecting to my breath to slow down heavy thoughts. Running can be as much of a mental game as it is physical so coming into my body before and after a run is so important to me.
I love Yoga With Adriene because she has a video for literally ANYTHING. It’s all so accessible and you can practice yoga within the comfort of your own home.
In this video I go through her 7 minute post run yoga video after a long run (don’t worry it’s been sped up 😂). Below in the comments I have a few of her videos as they relate to running!

Pat will demo and walk through these three no-equipment-necessary moves to help runners build strength in their legs and core!
Pat recommends doing each exercise 10 times per side, and 30 seconds- 1 minute for the plank.

Come and join us June 2nd at 6:00 AM for a fun run on Global Running Day!
We will be having a pre-run warm up and post-run cooldown led by Patryk, our head trainer, as well as refreshments to help fuel your body post-run!
We are so excited to see you there! All ages and abilities welcome. Run distance will vary based on pace but we have a five mile route mapped out.
