What an incredible journey! 💙🥋🏃

For the third weekend in a row, Brazil-021 Arlington Heights had the honor of being part of the Theresa Schultz —and what an amazing way to wrap up this season!

A heartfelt thank you to Theresa Schultz , co-founder and organizer of this wonderful event, for creating something that means so much to the Arlington Heights community. We are truly proud to be one of the sponsors of an event that goes far beyond running.

Just like self-defense, Cardio Kids promotes values that last a lifetime: healthy living, confidence, resilience, and bringing families together through positive experiences.

Thank you to all the parents and kids who joined our warm-ups and self-defense activities. Seeing so many smiling faces made every weekend unforgettable. We can’t wait to see you on our mats soon!

A special shout-out to our amazing kids program student, Bella, for stepping up as our Junior Coach during the events. We are also incredibly grateful to our students for their dedication and energy throughout the series. You represented Brazil-021 with excellence!

Thank you, Cardio Kids! Until next time! 💙

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Brazil-021 Arlington Heights family, led by a strong woman like Professor Hannette Staack .

Not only because of her extraordinary achievements as a multiple-time World Champion and MMA athlete, but because of the person she is every single day. Her humility, discipline, resilience, and commitment to empowering others inspire everyone who walks through our doors in Arlington Heights.

She leads by example, proving that true strength isn’t just measured by medals or titles—it’s measured by character, integrity, and the positive impact you have on people’s lives.

Thank you, Professor Hannette, for showing our students , especially our girls and young women, that there are no limits to what they can achieve through hard work, respect, and perseverance.

Another amazing Sunday at the Theresa Schultz in Arlington Heights! 🙌🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Earlier today, we weren’t sure how things would turn out with the weather, the air quality concerns, and even the World Championship final happening at the same time. But once again, this incredible community showed up, and the event was a huge success!

If you’re a member of Brazil-021, you have to experience this event at least once. It’s not just about running—it’s about being surrounded by amazing people, positive energy, and a community that inspires families to stay active together.

A big thank you to the Theresa Schultz team for another opportunity to be part of such a special event. We truly appreciate everything you do for our community.

We’ll definitely be back next Sunday! 💙🥋🏃

We are more than a Jiu-Jitsu school.

We are a place where discipline is built, confidence grows, friendships are formed, and families become part of something bigger.

Every class is an opportunity to become stronger—not just on the mats, but in life.

At Brazil-021 Arlington Heights, we don’t just teach Jiu-Jitsu.
We help shape character, develop leaders, and build a community that supports one another every step of the way.

Train with purpose. Grow with family.

🙏 THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING FIRST SUMMER CAMP! ☀️🥋

We would like to thank all the parents for trusting us with their children and all the amazing kids who joined our first-ever Summer Camp at Brazil-021 Arlington Heights!

We had such a great time together! Throughout the week, the kids enjoyed a variety of activities, including Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, natural gymnastics, outdoor activities, circuit training, fitness exercises, teamwork and leadership activities, movie time, Nerf battles, and so much more! 💪🎯🎬

But more than just having fun, we created memories, built friendships, learned new skills, and grew together as a team.

A huge thank-you from Brazil-021 Arlington Heights and our entire staff to every family who made our first Summer Camp so special. ❤️

We already can’t wait for next summer to welcome the kids back—and hopefully meet even more of their friends!

Thank you for your trust and for being part of the Brazil-021 family! 🥋❤️

“If you’re the kind of person who says, ‘I’m too old for this,’ think again.

The truth is, we don’t get old because we train—we get old because we stop moving.

Whether it’s Jiu-Jitsu, weight training, jogging, or any kind of exercise, staying active keeps your body strong, your mind sharp, and your spirit young.

So, what are you waiting for?

Come join us at Brazil-021 Arlington Heights. Your future self will thank you. 🥋💪
