🆓 Information for the public

Comparing ass-to-grass(ATG) and 90 degree or parallel squats is ☝🏾 of the most heavily debated issues in the strength and conditioning industry.

💭I’ve employed both techniques in my own training regimen. Also researching the neurophysiology and biomechanics of both.

💯After examining joint angles and relationships to each other. Optimal strength comes between 90 between 110 degrees

🛑LISTEN❗️ If (ATG) works for how your legs are built. Meaning if your ligament is perfect between tibia and femur. By all means do what works for you.

🚨Most athletes tend to have a bow in their legs from playing sports since a kid. Like myself my legs are bow so that’s why I squat at a 90 degree angle. It’s easier on my joints and ligaments.
