That's a wrap for 🌸 SPRING SEASON 🌸 on the Plaza!!! We start all over again 6/12 for Summer Session ☀️ with an extra Zumba Event planned for August! See you all VERY SOON right here in Arlington 😍
Thanks to all of the students who made this season special, and to my amazing instructor colleagues Natalia and Diobelkis for helping me keep the crew dancing all season long!

I am privileged to teach Zumba in two incredible settings - both in Arlington, Virginia - just outside of our Nation's Capital! I teach seasonally on the George Mason University Arlington Campus Plaza (these classes are completely FREE to *everyone*, and while we are wrapping up spring term right now- look out for more Zumba to come in the future), and twice weekly in the evenings at YMCA Arlington. All of my community classes are welcoming, energetic, FUN, and my goal is that you will feel like part of the "Zumba Crew" from day 1... even if you've never danced before. Come join me for any of my classes- I look forward to meeting you!!!!

Rain or shine, indoors or outdoors, Arlington crew SHOWS UP!!!! Thanks to everyone who hooted, hollered, and danced it out with me on a Friday night! Let's do it again next week! Hopefully outside again... but honestly? This mood lighting was perfection 🤩 thanks to Harsh*ta, Mary, and the the whole team for making it happen

Sometimes life (and Zumba) gives us the opportunity to fall into sync, and other times it gives us the opportunity to CELEBRATE CHAOS. I've been teaching this song for about a year now on the Plaza, and someday we *might* time our high fives along the music. Or maybe we won't!!! But one thing is for certain - we will be giving each other unlimited high fives, having fun, and LIKING OURSELVES (and -just as importantly- each other!) the whole time.
