Tomorrow we will be limited staff hours. The gym will be open to members and day passers the whole day. if you need a day pass they can be purchased online. Once purchased dm is the receipt and we will issue you a code to enter the gym. Happy New Year

There will be NO Saturday weigh-ins!
Lifters under the age of 18 must have a parent.
Rule meeting begin at 8:15am
