It has been a while since my last sunrise sighting. The running conditions are excellent today. 😊

Thank you and for hosting me! I LOVE where you currently reside and can’t wait to visit again. Such a nice mini-vacation with a wonderful couple 😊.

Levi: “It’s cold but I think we should run outside today.”
Me: “How cold is it?”
Levi: “-11”

Could have used warmer socks but our first cold-cold run of the winter was a success!

Another annual turkey trot in the books! Glad to see Peter (1st picture), the original founder of this free 4.2 mile run, as well as my former boss and current friend that has really brought the active community together 🏃🏃‍♀️.

Met up with the Russell boys for our annual picture. Brayden “thinks” that he can beat me next year and I’m really looking forward to, rather than dreading, the day that he does!

I was happy with my time since I’ve been dealing with yet another foot issue since May and this was the first time since then running 30+ minutes without stopping. The foot felt great, phew! I was nervous with all the hills 😅.

Had a great time at the USWNT game held at Soldier Field. The weather was perfect for my awesome sweatshirt (thanks ). A nice lady saw me struggling to take a selfie and offered to take my picture. Thank you nice person! ⚽️❤️
