Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

These new families are looking for a new EVERYTHING!

Town Hall contacts these new families each week as soon as they move into their new home.

These new families will find new places to eat, work out, wash their car......they need a new Hair Salon, Spa, Auto Repair Shop, Optometrist, Dry Cleaner, Pet Groomer, Day Care Facility, Florist, Nail Salon, get the idea. They are actively seeking new local businesses and creating new purchasing patterns. They will become someone's next new local, loyal customer.

Town Hall will direct them to you before your competition even knows they are here.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one business per category, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

There is no ONE way to do our classes. Our instructors are certified to give everyone options, in every exercise. Every day looks different for ALL of us. You won’t be judged or made to feel like the “only one” not doing something.

BarreSTRENGTH is: A 45 Minute, full-range, full-body circuit workout that uses heavier weights. It is Low-impact (no jumps!!) and easily modifiable. It’s for ALL fitness levels!!!

How it is different from HIIT:

• The difference between HIIT and STRENGTH is the purpose and speed:
• HIIT is a cardio class with fast intervals of 20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest
• STRENGTH is a strength training class focused on intentional movement and form with 60 sec of work and 30 sec of rest.
•The intervals in nbS keep the heart rate in the fat burning zone
• The intervals in HIIT keep the heart rate in the cardio zone.

Both HIIT and Strength are great compliments to our barre50 class. 💜💚

We typically find there are two types of people that DON’T work out. 💪🚫

The first extreme is the “ALL IN” person. This is the person who maybe made pages of new years resolutions (aka high intensity workouts every day, a new diet plan, dry January, looking for a new job, a new relationship, the whole 9). This “perfectionism” mindset leads to burnout - fast. We become hypercritical if we don’t meet every goal, at every meal or get in that hard-core workout every day. This mentality leads to a defeated ‘I failed’ or ‘I’m not good enough’ judgmental attitude.

At the other end of the spectrum is the “ALL OUT” person. This person feels disconnected to herself. They are surviving, not thriving, and has no actionable goals (aka mindless eating, no routine for movement, no plans or goals). This “I don’t care” attitude leaves us feeling unsatisfied, stuck and unmotivated.

The good news is there is a happy medium, which is how we operate at NEIGHBORHOOD barre ARLINGTON. We start small, we scale slowly, and we ultimately achieve big changes - together. We do this by supporting our neighbors, and by taking small steps one day at a time that lead to accomplishments, which keeps us coming back for more.
