Are you ready to take your riding to the next level while being part of a supportive, encouraging team? The Green Oaks Equestrian IEA Team at Smallside Farm is now recruiting riders for the upcoming IEA season!

We proudly compete in both Hunt Seat and Dressage, giving riders exciting opportunities to develop their skills, compete at the highest levels, and create lifelong friendships along the way.

Our riders continue to prove that dedication, teamwork, and great coaching lead to incredible success. At the 2026 IEA National Finals in St. Louis, Missouri:
🏆 Our Green Oaks Futures Team finished 7th Overall in the nation.
🏆 Our Upper School Team earned an outstanding 6th Overall national finish.
🌟 Our riders brought home numerous individual top placings.
🥇 Kennedy Schley was named the Leading Dressage Rider, earning the highest individual score of the show.

These accomplishments are just the latest chapter in a tradition of excellence that has seen Green Oaks riders consistently qualify for Regional, Zone, and National Finals in both Hunt Seat and Dressage.

At Smallside Farm, every rider is welcomed, encouraged, and supported. We celebrate each other's successes, learn from every ride, and create friendships that last far beyond the show season. ✨ No horse ownership is required. The Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) makes competitive riding accessible for students in grades 4–12 by providing horses through the host teams.

Quick Facts:
⭐️ IEA stands for Interscholastic Equestrian Association, a national organization with over 15,000 members.
⭐️ IEA is open to riders from 4th through 12th grade.
⭐️ You do NOT need to own horse to ride on the team.
⭐️ We offer both Hunt Seat and Dressage teams
⭐️ IEA is an affordable gateway into collegiate riding.
⭐️ Our program has had over 5 riders go on to ride on collegiate IHSA teams in the past 3 years.
⭐️Our Dressage teams finished 6th & 7th overall in the Nation for the 2025-2026 competition season.
