Series Overview
Lonestars: Built Not Given is a high-energy, character-driven docu-series following the creation and rise of the Texas Live! Lonestars , an elite dance team performing in one of the most visible and fast-paced entertainment environments in the country.
Led by director Alex Benavidez and assistant Charles Collins with Choreography from JAM routines, the series goes beyond performances to reveal the reality behind the brand: auditions, cuts, pressure, criticism, and the constant fight to be taken seriously in a space often misunderstood.
Set in the heart of the Dallas–Fort Worth entertainment scene, the show blends the intensity of pro sports culture with the artistry of dance and the grit of entrepreneurship
