I love ♥ my MixxedFit Family!

This first picture shows just a little bit of the joy I felt last night getting to dance again with CiCi , and for the 2nd time this year, our beloved MixxedFit Founder and CEO Lori!

What an inspirational and fun night with National Trainer Ebony and all the people who came out to dance, connect, motivate, and inspire.

You see this beauty Trease Bird to my right in this photo? She and I danced up a storm in MixxedFit class yesterday!

Trease shared her inspiring weight loss journey with me... She's down 120 pounds since November! So happy to see her dedication and determination to reach her goals!
