This energizing class will leaving you feeling strong and balanced.

Our Chair Yoga teachers delight in creating a safe space for all abilities. Pull up a chair and join this friendly community of Chair Yogis!

Light weights are optional for this class. We also recommend having a yoga strap. Or a belt. Whatever works! :)
