How many times have you told yourself "I'll go to the gym when I feel motivated"...
But then that motivation never comes?

Fix 2 of these 4 and you'll see IMMEDIATE results...
Sometimes we aren't always aware of our choices throughout the day...
..and a reason for that is because they might be habitual.
A daily routine or unconscious act that we do that doesn't spark issues...or so we think.
Remember next time when you think about why you can't lose weight, or can't gain muscle...
..is it because of your habits and routines? Or is it because of some other ungodly force?

The scale is LYING to you ā¬
Well maybe not completely,
But it definitely doesn't tell you the full story.
So here's the deal.
Losing weight means you are losing pounds (obviously).
But it doesn't account for the other factors of your life.
If you are on a resistance training/lifting program...
..you could be losing weight but building muscle at the same time. (Yes that's possible if done correctly)
Because of that, the number on the scale might not go down as much as you think.
However your clothes might be fitting better, you're losing inches off of your waist, and your confidence is skyrocketing.
Yes, losing weight is a good metric to track, however it's not the only one to track.
Your success is determined by your overall quality of life, not by a number on the scale.
If you want to lose inches, have your clothes fit better, and gain a newfound confidence WITHOUT: ā¬

š« Spending Hours in the Gym
š« Spending Hours Doing Impossible Cardio...

Yes weight loss requires you to be in a calorie deficitā¦
No that doesnāt mean you have to be in a deficit every day.
Weight loss happens over a long period of time.
āThe whole is worth more than the sum of its partsā
This is true with many things in life as well as weight loss.
If you overeat one day take the steps to get you back on track šš¼

REMAIN CALM!
Itās ok, itās just one day of overeating, tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to do better.

Donāt Starve Yourself as Punishment
This is the worst thing you can possibly do.
Not only will you create unhealthy relationships with food, but youāll be crashing your metabolism in the same process.

Enjoy yourself
Now this doesnāt mean go eat a whole cake by yourself,
But donāt be too hard on yourself if you have foods not on your diet plan.
We all want to lose weight and get in better shape to increase our quality of life.
You canāt sacrifice foods that make you happy and expect to live a happy life.
Moderation is the key to success for a higher quality of life š„

You probably wonāt like thisā¦
Most people donāt.
The fitness programs I create for my clients require them to invest more time, energy, and money than most people would like.
They require commitment.
Effort.
Sweat.
Thereās nothing sexy about them.
Theyāre not based on a āsecret.ā
In fact, thereās really nothing new to this.
The basic principles my clients follow have been used for decades to prepare fitness models for competitions and athletes for high-stakes competitions...
Minus the endless cardio and extreme restriction.
Youāll be spared from those hardships...
But youāll need patience.
Perseverance.
And a willingness to push yourself harder than you may have ever done before.
