The Original Metroflex Gym - Arlington Texas This isn't just a gym—it's a place where true grit, determination, and hard work come together.
(1635)

Whether you're a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or just someone looking to push past your limits, this is where champions are made. Metroflex Gym Arlington is the original Metroflex and the foundation of hardcore bodybuilding in America. Built in 1987, Metroflex became famous as the training home of 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and 2-time Arnold Classic Champion Branch Warren. Today, we remain a true old-school gym with heavy free weights, powerlifting racks, strongman equipment, elite contest prep, nutrition coaching, and personal training for all levels. From first-time lifters to professional competitors, everyone trains hard here. No excuses, no air-conditioned chrome machines — just iron, discipline, and real results.

After several heavy sets of rack pulls to multiple sets of various rows and pull-downs we finished with low cable drop sets. I did these a little different than normal not really stretching, but squeezing the shoulder blades together which really made me feel it in the middle and upper parts of my back. And yes I know I’m cheating that’s how I do it.💪

PLEASE READ BELOW👇

I woke up to a flood of emails attacking my character over a situation at one of our licensed locations. Let me be ABSOLUTELY clear! I am completely against racism, white supremacy, or any hate groups. The Metroflex brand is built on Christian principles, charity, and open doors for everyone regardless of race, religion, or origin.

I immediately confronted the owner. He has issued a sincere apology for ignorantly wearing a shirt with a symbol unaware of its hateful alternative meanings. As someone of Asian descent, he has made it clear he does not align with white supremacy.
While it was a severe mistake, the future is what matters. Metroflex has always been a sanctuary from the chaos of the outside world. If this location fails to uphold that standard moving forward, we will take immediate steps to remove our brand.
