Most athletes botch the run component of HYROX training. Let’s help you avoid that.
HYROX events are all the rage these days. A majority of participants wrongly think of them as strength-based competitions when in fact they are endurance races not that different from half marathons in their physiological demands. This means the same principles that govern endurance training generally also apply to HYROX training—with a few twists.
