Meet Ryan Carpenter! Before joining Graviton in August 2024, Ryan was training at home and feeling stuck in a rut. Switching to our 5:45 AM crew changed everything—earning him a spot on our 8-Month Aggregate Goal Leaderboard this year! 📈

Ryan recently hit a big deadlift PR, but his favorite part wasn’t the weight on the bar—it was turning around to a room full of members who paused their own workouts to cheer him on, high-five him, and celebrate the win.

As Ryan says, it’s not about being the fastest or strongest—it’s about achieving things together.

Meet Erin McCrady! Erin first spotted Graviton while walking her dog along the bike path, noticed the open garage door, and thought, “that looks like a lot of fun!”Fast forward since September 2024, and she’s been using Graviton as her ultimate strength foundation.

As a former semi-pro quadball athlete, Erin loves that she can outsource the programming to our coaches so she can just show up, put in the work, and build energy for sports outside the gym. Plus, she recently crushed her very first Spartan Race alongside her Graviton teammates!🏆

Her motivation? Her mom—a lifelong fitness advocate who taught her what it means to win the long game.
